The Villa has 4 luxurious bedrooms and 1 spillover bedroom. The villa can accommodate 12 people very comfortably and can handle a maximum of 18 persons if every bed is filled. The spillover bedroom is purely functional.

It is located on the ocean in the beautiful Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dom Rep. Punta Cana has the unique feature of being a very consistent climate with average monthly temps of between 79 - 82 degrees Fahrenheit all year round.

The property has been called by Donald Trump 'the most beautiful place in the world.' The Villa sits on the ocean and is 100 yds from your own private beach. The villa has its own pool, hot tub jacuzzi, and is a 100 yd walk from the elegant Eden Roc Beach Club -- a Relais Chateaux property -- for which you can acquire your membership. The villa has an expanded patio and gazebo and sits between the 16th and 17th hole of the Punta Espada Golf Club -- the Caribbean and Mexico's #1 golf course as voted by Golfweek for the last ten years. It has hosted 3 PGA golf tournaments.

A number of celebrities have stayed at the villa including ex President Donald Trump, Denzel Washington, the former popular host of the Today Show, Jennifier Lopez, David Ortiz and Fred Couples to mention a few.

The resort is filled with wonderful restaurants and sports a world-class marina. Fishing, golfing, tennis, cycling, zip-lining, horseback riding or running are fun things to do at the villa.

Each of the first four luxurious bedrooms has its own balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. Each bedroom has a cedar walk-in closet, separate vanity room, separate toilet room and very spacious, stone walled walk-in shower room.

Decor is exquisite stone, marble and coralina. Each of the four bedrooms are carbon copies of one another. The two masters, one having a king bed and the other having two queens, has a very similar look except one is upstairs and the other is downstairs. The other two bedrooms have two queen beds. Each of the four bedrooms also has a daybed. A daybed is a couch by day and can turn into a single bed by night, if needed.

The floors are polished hardwood in the sleeping area and stone in the vanity and shower area. There is a fifth spillover bedroom that is used by the staff or for guests if they need it. It is a purely functional room. Often times, babysitters or traveling help will stay in that room.

The Villa has been used for short term rentals and is great as an investment.
